Goofing around with an art trend that predates Art Deco by a 20 years or so. I find it very informative to mimic older styles and try to explore how such aesthetics can be re-made and be used today. Kind of like going through a Goodwill store and finding a cool bowling shirt.

Hey Yo
Thanks!
Hey Grumpus
Exploring multiple sources of visual language keeps me enthusiastic about doing this kind of work daily.
Thanks for the kind word.

Hey G
I'm sure you readily recognized how Art Nouveau adapts so well to stain glass motifs. The emphasis on line work is similar to the leading in stained glass.

Nice. I liked the figure study as well.
FWIW, the theme-word is the title of a U2 tune. It's built on the "Bo Diddley" beat (music store I worked in played the album to death). Great for big brass in a marching band.
