Ditto GF. Easily one of my favorites. Would make one heck of a book cover. One idea for a working title:
Deliver Us
The book would be about the underlying factors that allowed philistines to occupy D.C. (a sub-theme would deal with why those philistines are apparently doing everything in their power to turn over the world to the "Philistines").
