I'm reminded of the quote from one of the astronauts, when asked how he felt just before launch. His reply was something to the effect, 'How'd you like to be sitting at the tip of about 1 million pounds of explosives, put together by the lowest bidder?'

"...a million pounds of explosives fueling a machine made of a million parts, all supplied by the lowest bidder..."
I don't think so. $400 hammers, $150 screwdrivers, & $1,800 toilet seats. How many trillion spent up front on an "insurance" bill that won't pay "benefits" until 5 years down the road, and then it costs 2 trillion a year (low-ball number) for the next 10 years? They spare no expense when they're wasting our money.
