My .02 is that we can thank Lenny for all the foul-mouthed talk that passes for "humor" today.
Lenny was considered 'edgy'. But even he went overboard in the end.

You say "foul-mouthed", I say it was typical language heard in the streets.
I guess you could say he ushered out the squeaky clean tv humor and replaced it with night club raunch. It's not like he invented profanity.

IMHO, I would have preferred that humor which relied on such language stayed in the streets. However, supply does not create demand. What is considered acceptable language or material in entertainment couldn't degenerate without a degenerate audience.

Hands down, Apple's app store wins by a mile. It's a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I'm not sure I'd want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
