I like the vibe of these illustrations. I get a "classic cartoon"/"old Disney" kind of feel looking at these.
I spent a few hours surfing through channels in an abandoned student lounge a few days ago. Modern cartoons & the all-around current state of entertainment reeks.
It's nice to see something that somebody put some effort into for a change.

This classic style is just "gear" I can go to when the subject matter is kid-friendly. I still enjoy putting lots of detail and warmth into simple compositions.
