Even though I don't entirely get it, I like it.
It gave me another idea...use it some day if you want, trash it if you don't...
How about doing a fragment in the foreground casting a large shadow over the background...the idea could be to connote an impression of foreboding--or perhaps nostalgia, or progression through time...
