6" x 8"
inkwash and graphite on paper

This is an informal portrait of my friend in the North Georgia mountains. She thought it looked angry. I think it's introspective.

Having just spent a couple days at our State's major med center, the portrait reminded me of some of the behatted young patients in the children's cancer center.

Should you ever get near something like this, those kids would love your art and portraits.

If the opportunity presents itself, it could work.

Thanks for the nice idea.

If ever you get to Oregon, we'll set something up with Doernbecker Childrens Hospital. I've worked with them before on other things.

My first impression was "tired" or "weary", not "angry".
