Strangely enough, I do the clothing (or helmet, in this case) first, then I kind of improv the rest. The nature of my sketchbook is a total lack of routine or "method". I use it as a lab, as it were, to fool around with ideas and styles. It's odd, but I seem to gravitate towards methods that are unconventional, at best.
