GarandFan:

And for Frood that's loquacious!

Craniac:

Frood likes to say that here on Earth because back home it is considered rude to say "exacerbate" is polite company.

Kevin The Zeroth:

No, no, no. That will just make things worse. Plus, you'll go blind and bald. I speak from experience.

Dr. Bob:

I'd much rather
exasperate
than
exacerbate!

Dr. Bob:

Frood looks a bit under the weather or like he has a few too many. Hopefully he did not regurgitate.

John Cox:

Hey Dr, Bob

Too late.

Jonathan Logan:

Is he a hoopy frood? Does he know where his towel is?

Tom Wms.:

This is completely off the subject. I just read a story about the Metrodome in Minneapolis. The roof collapsed after 14 inches of snow. The article quoted ROY TERWILLIGER, the Chairman of the Minneapolis Metro Sports Commission. Anybody we know on this site?

John Cox:

HEY JONATHAN

Sounds like you got the Douglas Adams reference. Sharp.

Terwiliger:

TOM WMS:

No, I'm not Roy Terwilliger (he has 2 "Ls" in his last name).

John asked about my "nick" before. It's a quadruple reference: (1) Matt Groening (the last name of Sideshow Bob & a name used by Bart in 1 episode--I think); (2) Dr. Seuss (The 5,000 Fingers of Dr. T.--who was Terwilliker, not Terwilliger); (3) one of the silly "nicks" I used to use when playing video games with my nephew (had to omit 1 "L" to get the name to fit); & (4) I have one of those names that isn't difficult, yet nobody seems to get right (therefore, I answer to about 30 names, which confuses my friends & amuses me).

Whenever somebody had to ask my name repeatedly, I'd tell them my name was some odd-ball name as a joke, they'd laugh, & that was the name they'd remember me by... or when someone called me by a name that was REALLY different from my own (& it made no sense where they got that name from), I'd add an absurd one to the list as a joke, one of which is Terwilliger.

No relation to Ray, Ray, or Ray, either. ( :

Amazing freakin blog here. I almost cried while reading it!

Kevin:

And, in a tribute to Atlanta traffice legend Keith Kaland (sp?) -

Yes, exacerbation is still legal in the state of Georgia.

GarandFan:

"I have one of those names that isn't difficult, yet nobody seems to get right."

Once had a defense attorney mis-pronounce my name about 20-30 times while being questioned by him. I just kept smiling. The jury, on the other hand, was getting real pissed off.

HINT TO CLIENT: If your attorney is an ass, the jury has only one person to take it out on.

Terwiliger:

Frood is top advisor to BHO. He told BHO to use ABOYNE to get elected (as the media would willingly assist him), & he noted that the administration would function best if it treated the legislative process as a perpetual exercise in LAXOBIGGING.
