Is this an allegory for the Democrat vision of the ideal citizen?
Well, they can dream... but the omniscient POTUS is only going to allocate 75% of the resources required to complete the job. Best of luck.
This is the vision... but you'll have to build the "real thing" from soda cans, clothes hangers, & PCB boards scavenged from cheap facsimiles of old RCA tube circuits.
We have to apply our resources where they're really needed--on that now $6 trillion health care bill that won't cost us a cent, will extend coverage to forty-'lebem people, & is deficit neutral.
For anybody interested, I'm selling options on oceanfront property in South Dakota REAL cheap. It's my "Climate Change Special". I'm going to cash in before the major networks break the news to the dumb masses that it's all been a hoax.

Hey, is that one of those masks that are supposed to help you quit snoring?

Nah, that's the one that helps you quit smoking. Everything is held inside. Once the oxygen is used up, they have a 100% ironclad money-back GUARANTEE you'll never smoke again.
Can't get any better than that now-days.
Of course, you'll be dead, but you'll die a non-smoker!
