That'll cause some introspection. Or humor if you believe it's Adam, thinking "I'm in trouble now"!

HEY JOHN
Gimme a hint...Is the "water damage" effect from dropping something on to the canvas, or did you actually get that effect with a tool (brush, knife, swab, etc.) of some sort?

HEY T
That effect is achieved with very loose oil paint and dripped turpentine.

JOHN
Thanks...& one more question. You prepped the canvas in blue behind the figure & white behind most everything else...right?
