Your poster is much better than that movie was a couple of years ago. Bad depiction of history.

Hey Cowboy
I'm a big Frank Miller fan and I think his "300" graphic project is amazing.
The movie was overblown and relied on optical effects that overwhelmed the heroic aspects.

Hey Steve
Hee hee. I even hear how the line is delivered from the movie.
Thanks for the kind pun.

Especially like the grungy 3-D lighting effect in the top left. The overall effect reminds me of those NU-metal faux-heavy "music" videos with the stop motion animation skeleton/dolls. AFAIK, they first came out in the early 90s--I remember seeing part of a vid while channel surfing--by an act called Tool--"Prison Sex" (found it on YouTube--seems like more acts have used the same studio since then).

Must be the Dark Irish coming out in me. It makes me wonder how many are lying on forgotten battlefields who might also say "We lie here in obedience to your laws!"
