This is an actual commissioned piece for a banker friend. He furnished the general concept, the quote selection and the players; I fleshed it out. It's approximately 9"x9", watercolor on illustration board.

Those two sponsoring a bill to regulate the banking industry is tantamount to commissioning a couple of chimps to preserve the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel.
A Congress that would pass Dodd-Frank--& a President that would sign it? I can't imagine an analogy that messed up.
At least they made flanges of lawyers very happy.
