I have the rush-to-market bootleg edition. The pages are non-sequential. The cover is solid blue. The title is "CTRL-ALT-DEL".

Funny premise, needs development.
Keep the title. Put Bill Gates on the cover looking through a broken window. Windows wallpaper as background image. Intermittent pages in the book are blue with white text, and all of those pages have a "Fatal Exception" message on them. Pages randomly fall out (except the blue ones).
