Nice cover - almost seems to be a sarcastic parody. I especially like the biohazard tattoo on the upper arm.
From the PR page for the book:
"Are you itching to read an amusing and original tale of office politics, sex, and one woman's search for her true identity?
Don't miss this first of its kind, an award-winning novel that takes a light-hearted look at coping with Herpes!
The main character is Joan Halprin, a single woman in her mid-thirties, who has contracted herpes. This unique and witty novel tells Joan's story as she copes with "H",
the gift that keeps on giving."
Somehow, I don't think carrying an assault rifle is a light-hearted way of coping with herpes.

Hey Dr. Bob and G
Wild take on what "H" would be about. I was thinking more along the lines of a Stieg Larrson story of retribution at the hands of an sexy outsider who has a Big Problem with corrupt authority.
And as long as it's fiction with pictures, why not have her extra curvy?
