Graphic Novel Cover Illustration Idea...

Cowboy:

Glock? I hate them...but I love the idea and the poster. Good work young man!

Terwiliger:

Yeah--cool poster... but wouldn't Sigs & the Single Girl sound catchier?

When Glocks could be had for $200 or less, they were OK. When the prices ballooned (first due to crazy tariffs, then the dead dollar), no way.

Anyway--my father always told me the only thing a pistol is good for is to fight your way to your rifle or your shotgun.

Mauser:

T - love the title!

"Sometimes a Sig-Saur is just a Sig-Saur."
-- Freud.

Many creative comic

how cool,Support you

Ed B:

The name is Bond. Jane Bond.

Daniel:

A plastic is all a woman needs!

Daniel:

"A plastic is all a woman needs!" - The single girl

smiley1081:

Ok.

When are we getting the resto of the pages?

GarandFan:

She shoved two 45's in my face. THEN she pulled a gun!

John Cox:

HEY G

Saw that one coming. I was wondering who'd pull the trigger on that one.

GarandFan:

I'm a "traditionalist" John!
:)

Tom Wms.:

There's no substitute for safe sex!

Dr. Bob:

GF - that's exactly what I was thinking but you're far more creative with the words. I kept thinking about handling her guns or having some gun-play, or spending some private time at the range, but you nailed it with the 45's. Slick.

Charlie Foxtrot:

Not to be pedantic...

...

Okay, to be pedantic; the lovely is holding a semi-auto pistol with a hammer. A Glock is striker fired and has no hammer. And there ain't no such thing as a Glock 9.

Oddly enough, the SIG has a hammer, and even looks like your illustration. And SIG and the Single Grrrrl is a pretty assume title.

Been enjoying your work for a long time. Thanks!

John Cox:

Hey Charlie Foxtrot et al.

Why do I stubbornly (and ignorantly) insist on including pistols in some of my drawings? If I misrepresent the firing pin or forget to include the 5MZ-109 zinc-coated irradiated front sight, I'm just gonna end up catching flak for sloppy draftsmanship.

Yet, I blunder on, for art is a demanding bitch.

Terwiliger:

CHARLIE FOXTROT:

While there is no model 9 Glock, "Glock 9" is a common reference to any Glock that is chambered for 9mm...

...& picking on John about firearm minutiae is old hat. It was funny once... but then the lead starting flying at a blown stakeout of a black market falafel stand.
