Not exactly!
1st there's the environmental impact report. Then at least 3 bids for the 'work' as well as for the light bulb. But then you have to take into account the 'racial makeup' of those providing bids. AND then there's disposal of the old bulb, which will have to be recycled, again calling for bids, etc. All depending, of course on who's Congressional District said burned out bulb currently resides.
Query: Will bids only be accepted from 'union shops' or will it be open to anyone?

Shucks, John is the inspiration. Sometimes he gets the reaction he wants. Others, I go off at a tangent, like with "Brogan Hearts". Some of the artwork is so ephemeral that it causes a lot of introspection. Not bad at all for a Georgia boy. And that's coming from a Yankee.

Meanwhile, while the bulb is out and the owner is waiting for the Federal permitting process to complete, someone gets injured because the light is out, sues and wins a few hundred thousand in actual damages, but is awarded millions in punitive damages from the owner.
Ten years later, the owner gets permission to replace the bulb - in the building he had to sell years ago to help pay the punitive damages.

However, they can organize a ghost committee to write a 2,000 page manual for the proper procedures pertaining to "properly" obtaining, using, replacing, & disposing of light bulbs.

Here's a joke I wrote in one stage of my edumucation on a university bathroom wall [in pencil--somebody else inked over it & expanded the joke]. My apologies to the school & the janitorial staff.

Nobody knows. They're still waiting for somebody to compile a manual of standardized tables so they can figure it out.
The "extended version" read pretty much like GF's first post, with a bunch of stuff about wattage, lumens, cost/benefit analysis, bids, etc.

If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass' favor.

I have been training for a few years now and I have to admit that protein shakes are the most important part of my diet. I think it would be difficult for me to get the right protein intake if I wasn't drinking protein shakes.
