Cool illustration--but I never cared much for the Police (or rock music in general until I was almost out of high school).
A lot of my friends were into them, but I was immersed mostly in old jazz, blues, & black gospel records.
It wasn't until I connected blues to guys like Robben Ford, Jimmy Page, Eric Clapton, Brian May, Eddie Van Halen, & Edgar Winter that my musical universe expanded to include rock.
