No, it's Paul Revere-ware.

Isn't most peoples' work in some respect more about them (directed self-interest) than it is about the work they're doing? Those of us who put our fiduciary responsibilities to the quality of the work we do, our employers, our customers, & our communities generally don't get very far in life--materially speaking.
"It is not from the benevolence of the butcher, the brewer or the baker, that we expect our dinner, but from their regard to their own self interest." - Adam Smith
Yet the Left would have us put our full faith & trust in politicians who produce NOTHING to regulate the rest of us--the same politicians who exempt themselves from the laws they pass--the same politicians who grant themselves perquisites that we are not worthy of...
...the same politicians who, generation after generation, do what they do because it is primarily in their own self-interest to fundamentally transform what were intended to be positions of "service" into positions of ever-expanding power.
For the time being, screw the invisible hand. What government needs is for us to take our very visible feet & break them off in their a__es.

Actually, T, I'd much prefer a more direct route. Firing squads. Leaves a very lasting impression. Especially for those in following years. As they arrive at work, they'd see the bullet scarred walls.

Hey T:
Ayn Rand couldn't of said it any better. "Individualism" makes the world go 'round.

GARANDFAN:
Ever hear of "reconstruction"? For the last 145 years, central government proponents have been fervently revising the history of the War Against Southern Independence, & I'd be willing to bet that not even 1% of the population of the United States could have an intelligent discussion on the topic. I'd also be willing to bet that the concept of the citizenry using force against government has been so thoroughly demonized that we will not see a revolution until government has completely done us in--& when that revolution finally comes, it will be a nasty two-tier guerrilla revolution with the standing military machine as a dictator on the larger scale (folks, start praying for benevolent generals now)--& with [ideologically opposed] neighbors pitted against each other on the smaller scale.
COWBOY:
Thanks, but there's a jab at Ayn Rand in there too. While I generally agree with most of the principles her writing is based on, she's too idealistic, simplistic, & absolute on a few not-so-small points.
