Haven't figured out who is most annoying of these characters...
the salesmen that chase you all over the lot and won't let you look at vehicles unmolested
or
the guy inside that tries to upsell you on paint protection, window tint, upholstery treatment and other overpriced crap
or
the finance guy that tacks on all these "surprise" financing costs, wheelage taxes and local city sale taxes, etc.
or
the sleazeball service writers that pushes all those optional services such as transmission flushes, induction cleaning and cooling system flushes that the manufacturer doesn't recommend, but are extremely profitable for the shop
???
Did I miss anyone?
