The illustration makes me think of the "germophobe" Seinfeld bit where Kramer had a garbage disposal installed in his tub drain--he prepped dinner for friends while taking a shower. When they find out, they end up in group therapy.
I'm imagining Kramer looking down the drain & thinking, "If I plug the drain... FOOD PROCESSOR! Grated Parmesan... Bacon bits... OH--I can do a tartare!"
