I thought it was just a misprint in the Farmers' Almanac. But I looked again, and sure enough it predicted a "swarm of locust"!

What, that big giant locust over there? He's no problem... for every pound of crops he eats, I get twice the amount in cash from the government. Apparently because I am considered "in need"... Thank God for Obama!
