That's a beautiful effect...
...but when the Declaration (or the Constitution, for that matter) was written, neither the Republican party nor the Democrat party existed--nor had politics been monopolized by a one-caucus (or one carcass) "two-party" system.
I wish there was some way to bring Washington & the American Continental Army back to life in prime fighting form, position them on the National mall, & detail them on the regression D.C. has foisted on us.

Washington may be all we need, but I'm more inclined to use extreme overwhelming force instead of theoretically adequate force...
...that's why the Iraqi guard surrendered to Stormin' Norman in 4 days the first time around, & we've been embroiled over there since 2002 this time around (it didn't help that Congress refused to replenish munitions consumed by Bush 41 & Clinton, the progressive Left has been undermining American morale at every turn for the last 8 years, & troop levels are too low to blow their doors off & get back home).

Can I just say nice to read a relief to find anyone who actually understands just what they may be talking about on the internet.
