I thought I was pretty well-informed, but I'm not sure who this one is. Maybe Hank Sheinkopf?
If it's him, a red dunce cap would be quite appropriate.
Heck. That would be a great symbol for the Democrat Party. The Grand Poohbahs 2.0.
A while back, Robert Bork was lamenting that we didn't have a better term for the self-proclaimed "elites" in America.
