This is an illustration I'm doing for Allen Forkum's Nashville paper (minus the graphics). The article is called "The Year in Quotes".
Mr. Dodge contracted me to illustrate and design the cover for his new book.
SHOUT-OUT to Terwiliger for the idea.
This is something I created using my actual illustrations (man and sledge hammer) combined with some Photoshop magic. "Iron Horse" would be a collection of tall tales from the American frontier.
This is the January issue cartoon for Allen Forkum's "Automotive Report".
Hat tip to Mr. Forkum for his assistance.
This is my illustration photoshopped onto a playground wall.
This is what my illustration would look like on the subway.
More fun with Photoshop: I took my illustration and placed him in Times Square.
NOTE: The "painting" on the wall is a small illustration of mine I 'shopped in.
Have a joyous, inspiring Christmas, y'all.
Magrita thinks she knows what's up in Mr. Hempstead's attic...
Ready for another trip around ol' Sol? Me, too.
A hearty thanks to all those generous folks who sought my work this year and left comments that make this site so fun to run. I wish everyone an inspiring and energetic 2010!
